FixFirst is a GreenTech startup that aims to end the throw-away world by making circular services such as repair easy, accessible, and attractive – for everyone.
Our Al-powered software solution increases repair efficiency by up to 70%, provides a 10x better customer experience and gives each product at least one additional life. The SaaS-enabled B2B2C platform streamlines workflows and collaboration between service providers (for maintenance, repair, refurbishment or recycling) and service operators (like manufacturers, retailers, insurances and even cities) to help them launch, scale & innovate their circular offering fast and hassle-free.
Our vision is a world where fixing products comes first and using them longer is the norm. Driven by our mission to accelerate the circularity of the products we already use, we will enable our world to save up to 14 Gt of CO2 by 2030.
We believe extending product lifetime with circular services such as repair is the easiest, fastest, and most underrated way to reach our climate goals and thus, to save our planet. #fixfirst
Note: FixFirst is a brand of Fix Ventures which Sebastian co-founded together with Saqib who is taking care of all things tech. We already launched a new partner brand called SuperFix which is also a show case for our circular service platform.
Sebastian is Co-Founder & CEO at FixFirst. Already back in his school vacations, he helped in his father’s craft business in the field of electrical installation and learned about the challenges in dealing with repairs.
After studying industrial engineering, technology management as well as digital innovation and entrepreneurship at ESCP among others, now is the right time to tackle these challenges and thus for founding the Berlin-based software startup FixFirst.
He previously gained experience in the startup and tech industry at various stations from Uber to Rocket Internet and digital consulting – himself, he preferred to build something of his own with impact.
Besides FixFirst, he is committed to climate action, trains for a marathon and occasionally plays chess or drums. His mission is to accelerate the shift towards a circular future with scalable solutions.
