  • When registering as a repair partner: Business name, contact details, service details, business license and registration, personal ID (if required), bank details for reimbursement, general business data (e.g., company size, demographic information).

  • Survey Participation: Participants may be invited to share feedback on the repair voucher program, including anonymized responses about service quality and impact.

  • Local Government or Municipal Authorities: Where required for public repair program reporting and compliance.

  • Survey & Research Partners: Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the repair voucher program.



4. Booking & Payment Processing Transparency

  • FixFirst handles all repair voucher applications and transactions.

  • Repairers do not store or process payment data independently.

  • Users participating in the voucher program enter into a direct service agreement with the repairer, while FixFirst facilitates transactions and reimbursements.



5. Data Security & Encryption

FixFirst and its partners implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect personal data:
