  • AI-powered concierge services, premium memberships, or additional repair-related benefits available on Fix1.today do not apply to voucher program users.

  • Users do not need a Fix1.today account or membership to participate in the voucher program. Registration is specific to the voucher platform.

4. Eligibility & Application

4.1 Voucher Eligibility

To be eligible for a repair voucher, applicants must:

  • Be a resident of a qualifying area covered by the program.

  • Submit proof of eligibility (e.g., address verification, postal code check, or personal ID as required by program terms).

  • Agree to comply with all program terms and conditions.

4.2 Application Process

  1. Users must submit an application through [voucherprogram.example.com].

  3. If approved, users receive a digital repair voucher that can be redeemed with participating repairers.

  4. Users must redeem their voucher within the validity period stated at issuance.

If a repair provider declines a voucher for any reason, the user must contact FixFirst support to explore alternative options or request a voucher reassessment.

  • Users can opt out of survey participation and anonymized data processing while still accessing repair services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • FixFirst, The Restart Project, and ReLondon provide the repair voucher program as a facilitator only and do not assume liability for repairs performed by independent repairers.
